need to hear Dean address the issue. Aside from time and financial restraints litigation MAY impose, it would help to hear from the man himself on any judicial processes thay may not be presentable yet.

I'm hunching there could be more to this discovery than meets the eye (in a good way). JMHO That's all I'm prepared to say right now, thank you for your reply.
