In generalizing, with penny stocks there tends to be an increase in trading volume and an up tick in share price as the date of the AGM approaches.
By then, financing maybe complete and an acquisition or two may be the order of business.(Ooops my alarm just went off, I must have been dreaming.)
I hope they serve those sandwiches with the crusts cut off.
