Actually I'm not sure the most effective placement of the Inv R, but I meant the original insulation location. I have seen some homes with the fiber bulk insulation slung up under home held in place by something like nylon tarp. This is what I've seen, and assuming that, and what we have learned about insulation and pcm's here I'm thinking Inf R would be best on the exterior to existing insulation. There are people here that know more about thermodynamics than I do.
