O/S 1,494,786,263 ! holy cow. No wonder the pps is sub-penny. There are none(stocks) on the OTC with more than 1 billion shares that can maintain a price level of 01-02 cents. Just a fact in this lousy market. Market Makers probably taking this down to .003-.004 level. imo
