Let alone the details of what a venture between eegc and a possible joint venture partner might entail. In any event, I believe it would be most unprofessional to disclose what terms, if any, would be applicable to either party. I sugguest you have patience, and spend your time figuring out how your going to pay your windfall profit taxes......:)
