Newbie.. It means you did not read the I-box..

In the current POR once claims are paid off, it is estimated the preferreds are at 4% of face value. As the claims are settled and more money is found for the estate, the prefs will increase in value of payout. Not only in the market, but in the filings. Until then they sit where the POR puts them.
