I see your point, but I highly doubt if the CEO of a major multi-national, or the defense minister of a country that is struggling with bio-terror threats, will be terribly bothered by issues of this nature. And investors will be looking at the results, not the image. Again, JMO.
Especially since, as been pointed out, most of the info that has been posted was available to all.
