You can claim whatever you want , but you don't know it's a serious or any code violation. Is the wiring in question line voltage or low-voltage signal wiring? If it is the latter, as it appears to be, it is not required to be housed in raceway (conduit or the like).
What is the point of making definite, negative statements when you don't have the facts?
Gimme a freaking break....that wiring job is top notch...all in conduits as can be plainly seen.....so there's a few sensor wires that they used for testing....so freaking what......z
Who said it was permanent???........They're in the TESTING stage remember.....how can anybody expect them to conduit everything while they're TESTING?.......hilarious........z
