Parb, I'm having a very difficult time understanding what you expect to gain by communicating with the board your disapproval with Ken, rather than talking to Ken yourself and providing us all with an update? You seem to have your own theories about what is transpiring, yet refuse to make any positive contributions to the board.
I must stress that I find your dialogue extremely important to our board but if you could somehow focus your energies in a more positive light, I think we would all be better off. Ie, How do you feel about SRWY? What is your opinion of Ed and how do you feel he will run the company? What do you think of the properties, technology, and agreements in place for those properties? That's where I think your focus should lie.
