I agree that finishing the audit and getting our quarterly reports again will be a huge boost for investor confidence, and will be a significant milestone.

However, I think your share price limit of 15-20 cents for the pink sheets is too low. I don't think a $1.00/share ($63.2mm market cap) is out of the question for a pink sheet. Take a look at CDIV. Their market cap is currently $56mm and was almost $150mm in early April. They were a small real estate investment company that recently changed to being a mobile device app software developer, but they have a long ways to go to get there. I like my chances much better with WLSA/Sunbay Energy with a current market cap of just over $3mm!
