The company doesn't control the updating process. They may think they have all the information required, but note that FINRA has now taken over pinksheets and is requiring information that goes back 7 years. The process can take a long time as the documents that FINRA wants from the company may not be easily accessible any more.
matt, at present ENTI is not in the position to pay a useless organization the fees to post all is well on their site and get rid of some stupid symbol. Can't blame them for that. Report to the SEC first. lol
