A list of reasons is given on pinksheets for the CE rating. Additional to that list is failure to pay fees. Since pinksheets does not specify which of the multiple reasons buys that rating for any given company, it is not reasonable to state the cause is known until actual information becomes available. I prefer not to speculate on which reason has been the cause of ENTI gaining that rating.
I do not speculate as I, nor anyone here, knows the actual reason and for me to state that I know the reason would be irresponsible and potentially misleading.
Were I to speculate, given the number of possible reasons to choose from, the odds are against my being correct.Specualtion by definition is not information. However, specualtion is all that any of us have right now, without exception.
