I know you don't want to share info with him individually, and I understand why; my thought was sharing it with the Board as a whole could be helpful to share price, important as the RO winds down if, as some have hypothesized, pps has to go over .07 so Mr. Bendall can draw against the LOC to fund intended share purchase.
