That is very old news, and it mentions Elysium Internet "A privately held company" and we know EYSM is public (not private). Plus the trading symbol FLIP has a different company name now. So, a lot has changed since then, it would appear.

Might this account for the DILUTION??

FLIP is a suffering company, perhaps they had to sell off there %25?
