In my estimation the 90-day review period ended July 8, with some admin days tacked on, I'd say the 90-day review period ended the 13th at the latest. It has passed. Of course, I remind you that it's not a deadline, but a guideline and a goal. It's a goal the FDA meets 90% of the time, but it is just a goal.
