#1988 RE: energystar #1987

It will never stop to amaze me how crooks can enginneer scams in the penny stock markets without ever being sent to jail for having stolen.
ECGA (I have no more shares but my daughter does) is an interesting small company (real busines behind the stock) but the management succeeded in screwing its small shareholders protecting their own shares from the extreme dilution they created. Now the chief thief running the outfit gives himself a reward for having been succesful ... at screwing his small shreholders and protecting his close accomplices. The interesting thing about this scam is that nothing illegal seems to have taken place (except maybe by lying about the (EFFCTIVE) number of O/S being out there (SEC filing however were alluding to the thruth for those reading them carefully).

As for HBRM, this one may also be a scam (no filing to rely on) but the management recently committed to normalize its situation by filing to SEC and outlining its plans before the end of july (see the other message board). We therefore shall have a better reading of what that one is within the next few days (Filings or no filings ... we shall know more factually if filings there are or deductively if not ???)

The only way to make money in this market of penny stocks is to come in early, trade in and out before the executives of the outfit finalize the scam then pull out early with the profit made. Unfortunately, this means that some poor fellows got screwed and you have been part of the process, walking away with some of their money.

Ho by the way, pure luck out of horrible odds may lead one to find a real stock, with a real company behind it and an honest direction, competent enough to grow the company an make its shareholders profit from the success. One may also win the jackpot in a lottery !!!
