Don, I agree except I would value 534 to eventually be a bit higher.

534 could initally be worth $12, though once it gets going, $20 and up is the value. I would guestimate Ariad's value, by mid 2011 using a multiple of 8x to 10x fwd revs as follows:
2011 Rida $8/share, 534 $12, market cap 2.2B or $20ps.
2012 Rida $12 534 $18 mcap 3.3B or $33
buyout premiums +33%.
The BoD as you likely recall, about 8 months ago, granted themselves a series of power grabbing, star chamber-like powers that give them lock out power against all comers, if they wish. Their Byzantine activities of late are pointing to something I think they have set in motion, just haven't figured it out yet.
