No, the suspension document clearly states that no market maker can publish a quote for the seucrity until a new 15c2-11 is filed which will not happen as there is no current audited financial information available. If you hadn't noticed there is a 6 year gap whihc made it very easy to manipulate this with some flowery pumping.
Since no market maker can publish a quote for the security it moves to the greys.
It is standard operating procedure. But, you can call if you like.
