You do realize those articles you posted were from 1999 right? Although http://www.chemicorp.com/ was the actual company back then I doubt they are involved in any way now.
There was a lawsuit of some sort about the control of CHEM and I dont know what happened with it.
The one good thing about this shell is the OS is probably 150k. It never really started out. Did a few name changes and only traded a few shares and did the reverse split.
