I don't give a crap what others opinions are. It's my money not theirs.

I just want facts as to what they do have.

It seems like they have a dream and not much else.

From the company website. I do not know if any prototypes have been manufactured to test applications that may assist in the gulf but some configuration of a "system" had to be made to conduct the testing and to obtain patents etc. See below.

EXI has completed independent laboratory testing of its proprietary extraction process by extracting bitumen from raw oil sands feedstock in the western United States and the Athabasca region of Alberta, Canada. Independent third party testing by Core Laboratories in Calgary has proven the unique abilities of the EXI extraction technology. Tests performed by Core Laboratories technicians revealed that virtually no oil remained in the tailings materials of the processed oil sands samples, a feat which no other thermal extraction process has accomplished.

My best guess is that an all out effort and ramp up has taken place since the tragic events in the gulf but we just don't know how far along they are or if they are able to build equipment to be used in the gulf fast enough. That's what we are waiting for.

Between now and then let's see if that gap fills up to .10 :)
