If that's what you believe, then don't invest. If people are blindly investing in this without realizing what stage BEHL is at, that's their problem.

On the flip side, you can see it as a way to get in early, like PE firms and Angel investors. That is, if you believe in the future of the company, like the rest of us.

Once they prove a viable Commercial PBR with their first Commercial Beta Customer in DVJ, the Flood Gates will open to additional Commercial Customers who are in the Que waiting for DVJ production results.

Their process is correct. There is always a First Commercial Beta Customer to work out Site Specific Bugs and introduce Customer Specific Enhancements before rolling the system out to other Commercial Customers.

BEHL is an R & D Company

Behl is not a commercially viable company and have yet to build a "proven success, verifiable PBR"

They are misleading the public and shareholders in jump starting their commercialization before they have as Dr. Goddall so eloquently said: "a Cookie cutter model" they have various R & D projects at the plant which they are experimenting with, even the extraction process, which they haven't decided which one works, that they intended to expand in DVJ project. No wonder the partner or investor in that project jumped from investor to a Joint venture partner instead of relying on his initial position as a stand alone investor. He probably, when the Plant PBR imploded and all the tubes fractured and the pig developed problems and Dr Goddall was scrambling to fix it...asked for his money back and since they don't have it ...settled temporarily for a JV since getting the return of his money would have resorted to the company's demise.
That deal needs to be exposed for what it is and what guarantees have BEHL given him to remain quiet on this issue? Perhaps some of those diluted shares as collateral for his investment. This will come out on an audit and certainly should be brought up during the open house!

Yes, as I have said before: "Behl is a R & D Company" and they are diluting the shares and their value to get then selves commercial while financing the entire staff of friends and relatives in the process.

We intend to use the "Open House" opportunity to get to the bottom of all this. A side show we don't need the Video Cam has provided us all with that exercise and entertainment!.

This is not a start up it has boasted of being a commercial enterprise and our share investment is not Angel money.. BEHL has portrayed themselves as a going concern and they are just an R & D company.

el_loco09, I have posted my concernes about capital
many times. At this point however, I really don't
think DF has much of a choice when it comes to raising
funds. I feel we will sink or swim by the end of the
year, so whatever they need to do to raise the money
to see this to a successful ending, including issuing
another five hundred million shares, which I believe
they will have to do, then so be it. We can complain
about this all we want but that will not change any-
thing. I am sure that DF would like to hear anyones
suggestions on raising capital and the open house would
be a good time to bring this up. Really nothing to do
at this point but hang in or move on. JMO
