Could!!.....we have to hope the company knows how to market themselves to BP, the EPA and who ever else that have to...then hope they open the right door at the right time....that's what has me nervous...a lot of pieces have to fall into place to get this to move big....or at all for that matter....if they don't the chart will take over......and I'm not wild about the direction it looks like it wants to go.....sorry...just my read on it....
