Yeah, probably my mistake to try to explain this form.

Anyone can click on the link and read the title:

"ANNUAL STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP"


But the Form 5 was for shares acquired in August 2009.

Why is the form being published now? Seems a bit late for this.

I'm am not hung up on the terminology. Call it "registered" or not, It looks to me like they are being prepared for sale by GILBREATH.
