I am not shure I fell able agree to with your post.
But I know that gastronomy is not one of those businesses with a lot of seriousity ! I hope the management of SPKL does not forget, that SPKL is a listed company and that shareholder are not just 'made' to buy market shares and private placements to support the management ;-). While our only goal can be shareholder value....this is not automaticly the goal of the management of listed companies ! We often just dream about it LOL
