#24345 RE: DOLPHY #24344

The India update was on May 17, 2010 deployment of CCTC's technology in India.

Short and to the point hope this help you understand.

The initial license fee was payable as of the end of January 2010, however, the parties continue to negotiate on amendments to the TLA.
Further to our business development activities in China and India, we are pleased with the initial progress we are making in the US.

Negotiations take time!

One simple reason no one has implemented the new technology is money it cost to buind a new plant or to modify it,but there will be tougher regulations as soon as elections are settled. IMO . when tougher regulations are in place then coal fired plants will have to comply and IMO the gov. will either give tax breaks or help fund new technology so now is the best time to load up on CCTC while its cheap the early bird gets the worm or should I say BIG BUCKS so you can get bargan basement prices now or pay retail later. IMO GLTL the rest of you better get busy.

India will never pay the $1M licensing without seeing it work first. That is why the focus on mongolia. But the Mongolians are smart and have negotiated an $8.3M good will/confidence it works deposit. No one will invest millions of dollars in something that is unproven without some sort of assurance. To the Mongolians $8.3M was the number. Will CTIC pay or are they even capable of paying? This is the whole issue here and I am sure it is the root of all the delays. CTIC needs a commercial working model....without it they will go no where.
