In talks with Madrid Group (whoever the hell they are lmfao.)? Says they executed a loan commitment for a $5 million dollar, 10 year loan, bearing interest at a rate of 4% annually. Sounds like a DONE DEAL to me!! Why then the PR talking about terms issues with HSBC? Makes no sense. Just smoke and mirrors to SELL SHARES IMO.
