This memorandum is an update on the current situation regarding the DTCC suspension notice issued on Friday, May 14, 2010.



We spoke with Susan Desantis of the DTCC yesterday afternoon. The DTCC has confirmed receipt of our company information which was mailed to them on May 25th via Federal Express.



The company information was prepared for the DTCC by Holladay Stock Transfer of Scottsdale, Arizona.



The DTCC is now in the process of reviewing this information.



The DTCC suggested we call them back next Monday – June 7th for an update.



We will post all correspondence and activities as the updates from the DTCC are given to us.



To assist in the process, we have retained and engaged our SEC counsel, Duane Morris LLP of New York City to be available should the need arise. They were briefed on the situation last week via conference call.
