No Big boys right now . . . too early for them. They will grab it when every obsacle is removed and the road is paved. This is what I am being told by my uncle and his friends who have retired from Global Marine. Very wealthy guys. The wealthy will not deal with penny stocks: either will any bank or any other stock broker who handles portfolioes for the big boys
