if there is no shorting how come it went to 0.71?

In your research you will see that CDIV started out at .0007 and is up 40,000% from there. When it was at .715 it was up 102,000%. Now on its way up it goes up and down and up and down, as it runs, retraces, consolidates and goes back up to higher highs. So this last retrace of 50% is one of its smallest retraces it has experienced since it started its climb from .0007. So you will see now is an excellent entry point and the stock is holding and rebuilding at a stronger base then it has at any time in the past from .0007 to now. All that activity is due to MMs shorting the stock. As you learn more how it all works and come to understand and grasp the big picture it will come into better focus for you.
