MM do NOT listen to Ike's Ticker system updates! so they don't know a PR going to come out.. they don't know ike is going to release numbers. All MMs know is that GOIG has been trading sideway with no volume! MMs's job is to create liquidity and that's what they have been doing. If there is no buying, they will drop pps to create volume. And by doing so they make money... MM's make money through volume..when there is no volume there is no money to be made for MM.
