I totally agree with you. YOUR statement below is the REALITY, and thank you for posting this and not saying the PRS are fantastic works of art like some others here do. An objective investor sees both sides and weighs the performance of each announcement the company has made.. and those PRs were clearly as you say... "Mushy" and the timelines were no doubt.. slipping. . Now, I hope they can get things finalized and PR those visible successes for shareholders to see, so that we can see the return of the pps to its former highs and beyond.
People have been disheartened by the failures to deliver, the mushy PR's and the slipping dates. This I suspect is the primary reason we are at these levels, and when confidence is restored, the price will take care of itself.
