Well I posted 1 (ok maybe 2) postings about the financing and only presented my opinion, no spin. And it was based on LTUS and the same financing.

Anyway I'm also bullish over the long term on the company so please don't confuse my statement with my general opinion about CKGT. Afterall it's not about being right or wrong it's about the fact that we all wanna make money and are in this together.
