Could not be better explained sir...furthermore, those who bought this and hold for more than 1 year will be also handed an extra tax cut...as their profits will be taxed in a less percentage..So, it's a win -win for all of us here..well...not me cause I am canadian..but all americans will benefit from holding by getting the extra tax incentive :-).
