Who knows. One thing for sure about this day and age is that people love to sue over made up or exaggerated tales all the time - especially with celebrities to try to go after their money. I'm sure whatever this is she has legal people to deal with this guy. I've seen lots of youtube videos of how mel b handles the papparazi and she's always gracious and personable, casting doubt on this person's story.
