I just got in to catch up on the back and forth. In the absence of facts on both sides there are some valid arguments. One thing is true though. Not many are willing to sell. Nobody wants to have to look at themselves in the mirror if they sell now after all this time and the unexpected happens. Say what you will but if they didn't feel that way they'd be gone already.
