there where I believe 60 mil shares in the deal when Fish bought the shell that the shell owners kept....unverifiable of course..
so dont believe the info...but when I called Fish 14 months ago that was what I was told....I did not write the actual number of shares down ...so 60 mil could just be a senior moment.. the share count he had to leave on the table was rather large
