No R/S before 2 consequitive audited quarters..

as per mr. weber prior to certain realizations and prior to bringing in outside help. in my opinion the r/s will likely come first then the reporting. this way the dilution problem will be addressed and as such any positive financials should have a greater impact on the stock price.
