It doesnt make sense at all. But in CTIC I guess all optimists were shaken out so it rises. In Sunesis there are too many optimists left even the share tanked so it doesnt rise. If investors stop to take notice of their stock and dont care anymore then it rises. Too many loose hands that got in on a low level also and they are satisfied with pennies. Keep your patience and there is still a chance, let the frustrated ones do the selling

Its called "naked shorting"....and it REALLY needs to be ABOLISHED here in the States, just as it was in Germany.
