well I think it is all about whether the spokesperson (and also us shareholders) believe that ENTI has a huge potential,...and that ENTI can and will revolutionize the way music is being listened to.
If the answer is YES,...than the spokesperson will IMO accept restricted shares,....IF the answer is NO,..than he/she will not risk her/his good name,...not for restricted shares, and not for cash.
