The dd I have done supports your post, yet it appears that dilution is continuing unabated. I have never been one to believe these stocks are shorted anywhere near the extent that the boards would have you believe - far more likely company has paid for everything from toilet paper et al with shares, and that the recipient companies could care less what share price is when they sell, they have to keep their doors open as well.
