Ken thats from the transfer agent. Same numbers for the last 2.5 years, no dilution. These numbers don't reflect any shares the company is buying back. Over 1/2 of the float is owned by 10-12 long term holders that aren't selling until its $'s a share. The 130 restricted are owned by Shade, Willams and family.
