Starfire... you fail to respond to the specifics. You are basically responding in a manner that is mere sugar coating on a toxic waste dump. Management change does not cure all and specifically, cure present shareholder values.

The company still operates at a loss. Money is required just to get it back up and restarted. There is NOTHING that provides insight that this company operates at a profit or that there is a plan to make it operate for a profit. It couldn't operate with any appreciable sales despite being in every sports venue across the country and across all sports venues. The sponge sales were negligible and based on evidence, forgeries as the company was buying their own product to BOOST sales numbers at that.

The company has legal obligations/fees that won't just go away just because new management comes in.

wishing it doesn't make it so and you are wishing what has so far failed to be produced.

I think there "could" have been a market for that but M&M ruined any chance of that happening as Dicon is now pretty much done and over with. The doors for the plant have been closed and no manufacturing is happening. Wayne Celia left as well.

Combine all of that and you get a pretty picture of a defunct product manufacturing line. Defunct manufacturing lines can't really produce anything, can they? lol

Taikone will be the ones taking this over IMO or it could be they were the ones all along supplying spongetech and Dicon was a ploy to make spongetech look bigger than it ever was or would be.

I just don't understand why people can't finally see the light shining so bright that basically is a neon sign saying "You Were Scammed"
