Mosko, in addition to being one of the dumbest and most crooked people on the planet, must be in a total state of panic; desperately trying anything to dodge justice. i hate to say this, but i'm betting Mosko either runs or commits suicide. He is a dangerous nut burger. Nobody does these things.
