Wrong. Pro-forma is the actual sales and net of the individual businesses as spelled out in black and white in the 10K.

It`s bot "guessing" -- it`s careful exact measuring. And Withum found zero difference in the sales and net of Javaco & PAKIT.

The cash increased as I spelled out in black and white from the 10K.
