NO mMax said This is my first road block. Please help me overcome it.

David Shade was the CEO of International Biometrics, Inc. That believe that company was sued for fraud in 2008 in California. I got this from a court case filing I found. I do not know the details of the court case. The company has disappeared. Does anyone know anything about that company? Here is a press release from HSCC in 2009

He clearly stated a press release from 2009

Anything this company has done in the past is relevant. I might have been wrong about the press release being released in 2009. I wanted to be corrected if wrong.

Still, does anyone know what happened to his old company or know anything about it?

From what I can tell, International Biometrics, Inc. became Global Access Technologies Inc. sometime between 2002 - 2009 and then Shade mentions a possible merger with Global Access Technologies Inc.

About the court case, I told you I could not find any of the details about it, nor did I say International Biometrics lost. I just said I found one.

Does anyone have any information on Onyx Scientific? Their website doesn't say much. I might be looking at the wrong site. Can anyone give me the link?

About all these new investors with golden i-hub accounts
buying at in at the ask, I-Hub recently offered many people, including myself, a free trial month on many of the packages they offer.

I do not think I'm bashing HSCC. I am asking questions because I do not know many of the answers. No need for name calling.

Another thing that shook me the most was an article from a site talking about scams released in 2003 that mentioned Shade was going to be scamming investors with his autobug tracking device. Two years later, HSCC releases a press release mentioning the autobug tracking device. None of this can be proven true except the press release. I can't go back and time. It just seems odd to me that two years before someone knew what David Shade was up too. Again, this is all my speculation and why I chose to sell my position.

HSCC has a great past from what I read on their timeline and it has a decent share structure. It isn't so much the company as it is the CEO. I might buy back in once my faith is restored. Bashing me doens't help that.
