I just told you how substantial NSS could come about and it has nothing to do with penny stocks being naked shorted in absence of restricted certs being held to cover the short sales. Any credible organization would explain this.

Like I said. Believe in a con game myth and always be an ATM machine for the crooks, or get smart and make money in the market. It is your choice and will be the deciding factor as to whether or not you will ever be a successful speculator.

When you see a lot of paper coming to the sell side in the penny market, it is always insider paper or finance paper issued with the approval of insiders.

Yes, NSS in SPNG is a complete fairy tale. The only NSS that occured was the result of insiders unloading shares before their Certs cleared.

Here are a couple of points i don't understand:

1) If NSS were real and has resulted in th demise of hundreds of penny stocks; yet it cannot be stopped and no MOASS has ever occurred ... why do thousands invest when the PPS is doomed from the start to end up at 0.000000?

2) Why do people choose to believe in an unproven, multi-layered conspiracy which cannot and never has been proved, yet they ignore mountains of evidence of fraud, forgery, embezzlement, malfeasance, larceny and lies?
