The investors on this board due a tremendous amount of due diligence, and take this process as serious as it is.

We reach out to folks in the industry, at the company, and to each other for putting the pieces together, and confirming facts. There is no getting around that, in order to potentially be successful at this.

Debt is almost always a concern with pennies. It is the only concern of mine for POSC. The most important thing is to grow sales and that is growing beyond expectations. If someone thinks the company is lying, get out. For those of us that are long, we will only have ourselves to blame if we are being duped; that is our decision to take that risk.
