mMax, all I can find is the Justia.com reference Case Number: 3:2008cv00841 saying a suit was filed by just one person. What was the outcome? There was another site with reference to the stock being sold on the Asian markets. That might be where the fraud began. Someone pumping it to scam people, not related to the company at all. I have no idea. Still looking at information.
