Most MM's follow NITE. Have you ever tracked a stock in the tripz that is trading on heavy volume? Ever wonder how 5 levels of MM's can get knocked out and the bid stacks below NITE within seconds? There is such a disconnect between pps and company fundamentals, it's scary. This is much more apparent in pinks because 80% of investors trade on emotion which creates the swings MM's profit from.
Very rarely can a company run their own stock past the shorts. Hopefully SDVI is the exception. I have a good feeling after watching NITE this afternoon.
The only way to combat the MM's is to lessen their supply. If everyone holds the range, the MM's will drive the pps to short at a higher level.
