but the press release did not clearly state that to be. We hope the logistics can be worked out quickly and to the satisfaction of all

Agree: we are in a very precarious position now, and I fear the worst, hoping for the best. We need a fire side chat and hopeful reason to be optimistic and very soon. Everything that can go wrong and more has happened. I will be very relieved but surprised if QASP can succeed without hosing current shareholders with a raise in A/S and falling pps..

I am grateful we held at .0068 and not lower, but that won't last forever without some good news soon.
